Refund policy

Cancellations: Since our coffee is ground as we receive your order, we will be unable to cancel it once the order is placed. However, if you would like to cancel your order as soon as you place it, please reach out to us by email and we will see what we can do. 

Refund: We are proud of the integrity of our team who work tirelessly to provide a seamless experience. In any case, if you do not like our coffee, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will refund you the product cost minus the shipping charges. 

While asking for a refund, we request you to add the date of delivery and the reason you would like a refund.
